This course outlines the 5 essential steps of a racial equity process. Before highlighting the 5 steps however, Dr. Brown reviews 4 frameworks of community health and introduces 3 frameworks of community harm in the first video.
Combined, these frameworks help illuminate the factors that contribute to healthy communities and the factors that harm community health. From there, Dr. Brown discusses the 5 steps of an authentic racial equity process in the second video.
